At the Happy Landlord Cleaning Company all we do is move in/out and common area deep cleaning.  

 We don't haul garbage or move/haul furniture; we just clean. 

We are here to help with getting your security deposit back, getting ready for a new tenant  or deep cleaning a dirty property so you can move in. We help renters, landlords, new home owners and realtors with getting any residential space clean.

We high dust, clean inside of windows/blinds, baseboards, light fittings/fans, and vent covers.

We also clean the inside of kitchen cabinets/drawers, shine kitchen counters, clean inside/outside appliances, and scrub bathrooms.

We dust, wipe out, vacuum and mop closets, wipe down woodwork and doors, sweep, vacuum and mop floors multiple times. 

For an additional cost we can also wash down walls.

We do not:

• Steam clean carpets/furniture
• Move/ haul furniture
• Haul excessive garbage
• Dispose of unwanted belongings.
